As fall sets in, we start to see seasonal shifts in the real estate market. Over the past month, we have noticed the median sales
price slightly decrease with the exception of Thornton, Littleton, Greeley, Denver and Broomfield that saw an increase in sales
price. We are still seeing high year over year appreciation in each city with some cities nearing double-digit appreciation! We
are seeing a slight increase in the inventory throughout most of the cities in the Front Range for single-family detached homes
. We have observed and gathered what has been happening in the property market throughout the Colorado
Front Range and attempted to display an overview of the results below.
